In 2010, I hired a web designer to build a website to host my podcast. He charged me a lot of money for an uninspiring design.
When I needed a business website a couple years ago, I decided to do it myself. Jack Kleinfeld* suggested that I go with WordPress. He had advised me on some design projects in the past, so I took his recommendation.
I expected WordPress to be a snap. It was hard! I must have asked Jack 50 questions in the course of building the site. He understood all my problems and explained how to overcome them. He was super-patient and knowledgeable. I could not have built my site without his guidance.
I would use WordPress again, but only with Jack's help. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being "superior," Jack is 10+.
